Hi, I'm Abby! When I first began my journey in Nashville back in 2002, I was a songwriter and musician chasing melodies and meaning. I didn’t know it then, but those early days in Music City taught me the rhythm of connection; the heartbeat that now lives in every Soundtrack Stay.
After 16 years in healthcare, caring for people became second nature. That same instinct for empathy and excellence led me to hospitality; creating spaces that take care of people the way music once did: by making them feel seen, safe, and inspired.
Soundtrack Stays was born from that blend of artistry and care. As a lifelong Nashvillian, I’ve watched this city evolve through creativity, grit, and soul. My goal is simple: to help guests experience the real Nashville; not just as visitors, but as part of its story.
